2Direction of hazardous waste generated by ourselves: Entrust a qualified company to dispose of the hazardous waste generated by this unit, all hazardous waste is stored in containers that meet environmental protection requirements, with proper anti-leakage measures, and affixed with hazardous waste information labels, and the transfer is filled out according to requirements.
31. Operating disposal method: Hazardous waste is collected into the hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse, where mechanical ventilation is used to maintain a slight negative pressure, with an air exchange rate of 5-7 times/h. The combination process of "alkali spraying + photocatalytic oxidation + activated carbon adsorption" is used to treat the odor and volatile organic compounds generated in the hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse, with a design absorption rate of over 90%. The treated exhaust gas is discharged through a 15m high exhaust stack.
2. After pretreatment, hazardous waste enters the rotary kiln for incineration.
